Please name cultivar of this Pinoak

    I saw two of these Pin Oaks along the Lachine canal in Quebec. They are in a public garden, looking very healthy (not a case of Chlorosis). I have never seen this cultivar before and would like to purchase one or two.

    Can you please help me to ID this beauty?
