Acer saccharum, sugar maple , or A. platanoides , Norway maple? The leaf stem, petiole, of Norway maple has milky sap when broken. Leaf looks somewhat similar to one shown here www.botanicalgarden.ubc.ca/forums/showthread.php?t=9314 , A. saccharum 'Sweet Shadow'.
Could it be Freeman Maple, Acer ×freemanii --- a cross between silver maple and red maple? In identifying trees during summer, a couple of years ago, for later tapping for maple syrup I encountered a few trees that seemed to not fit into any of the varities I was familar with. Their leaves and bark had the same characteristics of the tree you posted. I came to this site for help and was guided to Freeman Maple.
Ditto to Ron B, Silver Maple Acer saccharinum. The leaves are too deeply divided and toothed to be any of the others mentioned.
