Please identify this white flowering small tree (South Florida)

I saw several of those small trees around South Florida, they are currently blooming with large white flower (not fragrant though).
Would you please help me identify it, I would love to plant one in front yard.

Looks like Plumeria pudica (which is not always fragrant).
