Dear, this is the same tree but the close picture is the "white " flowers of the tree.

 

I get a photo of leaves on the right.

I would guess it to be an Olive tree

 

Got your pictures mixed up.

First one is Chinaberry
Second is Ligustrum japonica

 

For sure this is not an olive tree, I have over one hundered oilve tree in my country side house, it must be some thing else, please see my corrected post for the pictures, thanks
