Identification: Please identify this plant for me.

    Was given this plant 15 years ago and told it was from Vietnam. It looses most of its leaves yearly and flowers on top are fly sized and then quinoa sized black seeds pop out to about 4 to 5 feet.

    Looks like Euphorbia leuconeura, Madagascar Jewel.

    WOW!!! that's one very cool plant!!!! i love the trunk!! very unique!!

    any possibility of getting some seeds??? could pay postage or send seeds of something i have that you don't and want.

    Yes. I have only two seeds I managed to save as I was there when they popped and I looked for them. You are welcome to one. No postage is necessary. And next year when it blooms I'll put it in the empty hot tub to contain them so I can find all of them and I'll send you another one so you can have two stems like me. Have no idea how to start it, hope you do.

    My friend who gave this one to me lost the mother plant this year because her house was too cold this winter. Mine was down to 3 leaves but it survived, so keep it toasty.
