Identification: Please Identify this plant for me !? I need help on what to do next

Hi All,

I have the attached plant growing in my lounge room and I have no idea what it is or how best to take care of it.

It is also growing to a height now that is getting too big for the room and I wanted to know if it is possible to prune it and potentially plant a new offshoot from the pruning??

Looks like a Dracaena, maybe Janet Craig. Where you make a cut, new leaves will grow, or take multiple stem cuttings.
