Identification: please identify this little beauty...

    http://m.flickr.com/photos/79343323@N04/7269057358/ . This little beauty was abandon in a neighbors "tire" type planter. Most of which was in very bad shape. I was able to rescue this piece and with the roots still intact, I transplanted it and it seems to be hanging in there, so to speak. It has two small sprouts growing from the sides. The leafs tips are actually brownish purple. I need to identify it so that I may research proper care, such as watering, food, and lighting. Thank you in advance.
