    Hello Everyone,

I am trying to create a garden inspired by some of the photos that I have uploaded. Can someone help identify the type of bushes that would be used in this context, to be pruned and shaped into rounded, undulating forms?

This is for my backyard in Vancouver. It's not critical to me that the bushes necessarily be something authentic, the same species used in the photos. I'm more interested in something that can be pruned in the same aesthetic that would be appropriate to the climate.

If you have any tips on where to go to find some of these kinds of bushes, that would be great!

    Thanks

    Mike Cline

Looks like box. Others that could be used are Japanese holly and Kurume azaleas.
