Hi, I left my house for several years, and when return I found two plants in my backyard. I need help, can anyone identify these plants.. I wonder if both or one of these plants can be used as medicine.. thanks before.

Cool, finally i know what those plants are for.. so i decide to keep them growing. I'm still curious for the second one.. it looks like the same as the first, but having serrated leaves.. thanks!
