    I just saw this little guy today in my lawn... what is it??

    Could be a Senna - definitely Fabaceae, though.

    Also do you know what this plant is it came up about 2ft away from the newley ID plant.

    well now I know the name of all these weeds around here, I have one huge tree that started out as a small little "weed"
    and I was like I wonder how big it will get and now it grows a few feet a year. the base is bigger than the palm of my hand. Ill take pictures in a minute.

    wops sounds like I jumped the gun on Ailanthus altissima because it onley has 5 leves not 13 or more... It may be something different?

    You have the Mother tree for your baby Ailianthus altissima!
    The seedling growth of young trees is nearly always a little different from the adult version. (Have a look at the link I gave you above to see adult leaf)
    I did warn you that it gets big!

    and the third round...
    The leves start out like a triangle then grow long mean wile they flatten. you can take a pease and root it. That I know of it has never bloomed and it has little hares on the side of it. I will attch an image of some rooted peces I just done 2 weeks ago. when there young I keep the soil damp but when they get older I let them dry a little bit.

    the third round, looks like the dragon fruit plant.
