Please ID this shrub. Possible lilac variety?

    This shrub grows all over my complex, about 4m tall, smells like lilacs, has twisted-looking stems and has flowers that look like baseball-sized clumps of white lilac florets. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of it in bloom. Any help would be appreciated.

    Korean spice viburnum, or perhaps one of its garden hybrids.
