Identification: Please ID, Orange or Lemon Tree?

    I was told that this 6-7 year old plant is a citrus plant but I would be most appreciative if someone could ID it so that i can get more information on it's care. Thank you all!

    It is a lemon if the new growth has a purplish tinge.

    Thanks for your reply. I have never noticed any "purple tinge". Do you therefore feel that it is an orange tree?

    I would then tend to think it's not a lemon. Not knowing it's true identity does not prevent you from giving it proper care as it is the same for all citrus aside from the subtleties. By the way, it looks like you have more than one tree - one strong one and perhaps two weaker ones.
