This cute little cacti belonged to my fiancee grandmother.
Her mother recently gave it to her and it was bright and full.
Within a matter of a month it seems to be deflating.
Is there any way to bring this poor guy back?

The only way to save that would be to graft a healthy offset on another cactus, but it looks as if the offsets are infected, so no, that plant cannot be saved.

I guess it has not been in your family's possession for long? These grafted, chlorophyll-less cacti are usually short-lived. They rot easily in winter because the stock (the green part) is sensitive to the combination of water and low temperature.
