Identification: Please help

    I've had this plant for a while, not even sure if its an indoor plant or what. Doesn't flower, leaves pop up in chutes. Also, all the leaves look like they've been ripped (even though they haven't been). The plant grew quite a bit this spring and I'd like to know what it is so I can take proper care of it. Thanks.
