Identification: please help with this plant

    it has thorny stems and red flowers with two tiny white flowers in the center this one has varigated leafs,but can also have normal green leaves

    haven't been able to find this one on the internet ,also it was in a hanging basket so i guess it's a house plant

    Thank you very much saltcedar have never heard of that plant and now i can find out more about it
