Can anyone help me identify any of these four trees/shrubs/plants. The first two pictures are of the same thing (just a close of the leaf buds in pic #2). I know that the third picture is a type of ornamental grass..I just don't know what it's called. I'm trying to identify everything in my garden before the season gets much later...Thank you!

you got me on the 4th one too.......looks like a herb of some decription....squish a leaf and see if it smells. (wear gloves if you have sensitive skin, just in case)
