Does anyone know what the shrub is this? The closest match on flowers I found was Acronychia. However, leaves do not match. Thank you.

    Perfect! Thank you, Silver!
This is definitely Cornus alba, or Tatarian Dogwood, native to russian region Tataria. The shot is from my friend from Moscow, so I could not do the leaf test. But both flowers and leaves fit now, including the white edge on the leaves.
