Hello, I would greatly appreciate your help with the identification of several of my plants. 1. Don't know at all. 2. I think it is Haworthia coarctata, but not entirely sure. 3. One of Mammillarias, but I would like to know the exact name. 4. Gymnocalicium? If yes, what is the exact name? 5. I got this plant as a present. I had it for about 3 years by now, but it is only 6-8 inches tall, and grows extremely slow. When I re-potted it this spring, I noticed tiny, poppy seed-size knots on its roots. So, I assume it might have some symbiotic organisms associated with it. I would really like to identify this one, just to know how to best take care of it and what conditions it require to thrive. Thank you very much in advance!
Thank you very much. It would have taken me years to guess that plant on my own. I did not know that some non-leguminous plants also have symbiotic nitrofixation. It seems that my Podocarpus is not very happy - it should be a pretty big plant. Hopefully, with your help, I'll be able to take a better care of it.
