I have had this ponytail Palm for about 10 years. I started noticeing a problem last year when I took the plant out of its pot. I noticed that it had root rot and most of the roots were unsalvageable. I snipped off the dead, shriveled roots and over the past year I've been trying to give it some "root and grow" mixed with distilled water to help promote root growth. It is not really dying but it's not growing either. Do you have any suggestions on how I can help save this plant and make it thrive again?
