Please help me on my Gloxinia

Hi

I am from Malaysia, a humid and sunny country.
-How do I know whether I had over water my plant?
-Do I need to transfer my plant or add some soil? (my gloxinia is still in a small pot
from the day I bought).
-Can I put some flowering fertilizer?
-Do I need to cut away some leaves so that the buds can bloom properly?
-How do I get seeds from the flower?
