Identification: Please help me identify this plant

    I knew what it was at some point - but forget. It's always looked like this - it grows new leaves and drops them at about the same rate, so it always has the same number of leaves. I've never seen it flower.

    Looks like Euphorbia leuconeura, Madagascar Jewel.

    I agree on the I.D. I have one, and it does flower - small flowers all bunched up at the top at the base of the leaves. Mine also seems to keep the same number of leaves.
