Hi everyone! One of my colleagues received this plant about a year ago, and it was doing beautifully until this summer. The leaves are starting to get dry and crinkly, though the soil is damp and it hasn't been in too much direct sunlight (I don't think). We have no idea what this plant actually is, unfortunately, so we can't yet look up how to care for it! Any help is much appreciated!

Thank you so much! This is the first I've come across this forum, and I think it's amazing! I'll definitely be back. Thanks for your help! :-)

In the first photo the brown lines are spores. It looks like its underwatered or possibly dry from heater perhaps??

My theory is that it got sunburned! I read up a bit on this, and it makes sense that the plant took a nosedive this summer after the sunlight conditions shifted and made the space it was in much warmer (and dryer). We've got it in a different spot now, and are keeping an eye on the moisture level. Thanks for all your help!
