Please, help me identify three different succulents I have at home. I'm sure at least 2 of those are aloes. Each plant has been assigned a specific number.
My wild guess, based on those tiny pictures on my phone's screen: 1. Looks like agave or aloe. If these leaves have fibrous structure inside, then it is possibly agave. If inside is like jelly, then it is likely aloe. 2. Looks like my aloe. Only my plant is much older, 45 years at least. 3. Maybe a Sansevieria?
Thanks. I know the first 2 are definitely aloes, I would like to know exactly what types of aloes they are.
In many cases, it's the flowers that distinguish one species from another. My guess for the third one is Gasteria, of which several species have that appearance. Here is one: Gasteria marmorata, Asphodelaceae, Friedrich A. Lohmueller photo gallery flowers and Plants - Blumen und Pflanzen
1. Possibly Aloe aculeata, Aloe broomii var. tarkaensis, or Aloe peglerae 2. Possibly Aloe wickensii or Aloe pretoriensis 3. Possibly Gasteria bicolor, Gasteria carinata f. variegata, or Gasteria neliana
