please help me id this plant

    Hi, i have a plant in a small pot in the house. It has long trailing stems with littlle peas growing down them, i would love to buy some more but don't know what it is called as i was given it.

    Thank you so much!!! I've spent so much time trying to find this plant. I want to grow it for my daughters eventual wedding as it is beautiful in bouquets and i have been given a tiny one but have had no way of finding out how to look after it, again many thanks.
