In The Garden: Please help identifying this plant

Hi and thanks in advance. I saw this plant at back garden. help me to identify this flower.

 

is it cannabis?

 

Cleome, I see fruit from the spent flowers.

 

I see on a search for Cleome something coming up that says "Does Cleome look like marijuana?", so you're not the first to think that, Calculus85.

I don't really know Cleome, was going to ask if that spike with the pods, with the simple leaves on the stem, could possibly be the same plant, as it appeared in the photo,but Eric got the reply in before my posting, and I see that it is.

Cleome even smells somewhat skunky/cannabis like, does not have those toothed leaflet margins though.
