It is very important I get these identified. I have 3 cats and I know some plants are poisenous. I recieved these today and repotted them because they all were in one pot. So any advice on that would be greatful. hate to just get them and kill them because i have never owned a plant before. Anyways i think one is a red veined prayer plant and i think another might be a parlor palm. but have no clue on the other 2. thanks for the info in advance

Hi, I think that the last one is a Gold-dust Dracaena (Dracaena godseffiana). Also, I'm certain that the third is not a Pothos but a heartleaf philodendron. I'm looking at both my pothos and my philodendron right now. :) The "gold" in the photo is a sick, dying leaf and not the gold colour in a pothos. Michael
Heart-leaf philodendron or Philodendron oxycardium is listed on a few poisonous houseplants pages. Didn't find anything on the rest you have pictured, but I only did a blanket search 'poisonous houseplants' and you might do the same search under each plants name. Harry

the first one is a Red veined prayer plant and the last one is a Florida Beauty Dracaena (sp) family .. and that is a heart leaf philly .. Marn
First one is a prayer plant. Mine is flowering. Second one is maybe a parlor palm. I also have this one and can't seem to find a definitive ID. Third is a Heartleaf Philodendren. Marn, how can one tell the difference between a polka dot plant and the Dracaena? The one I have was labled as a polka dot plant or is that just a catch all name for several look alikes that are spotted?

Thanks, Marn! Now I'm *really* confused. Because mine doesn't seem to fit either catagory exactly yet it was labled a polka dot plant. From the description: It has the leathery leaves. So it must be the Florida Beauty. It's growing like crazy right now. I rescued it from the sale rack. It was almost dead.
