Please help identify vine

    Hi there: Wondered if anyone could identify this vine for me. It mysteriously showed up in my garden from my next door neighbor. Does it flower? I am located in Campbellford, Ontario which I believe is zone 5b. Thanks appreciate any info. that can be provided.
