    Hi there: Wondered if anyone would be so kind as to identify this sapling for me I would guess approx. 4-5 years old. I thought maybe an elm??? I am located in Campbellford, Ontario Canada "aye" zone 5b hehe. Thanking you in advance.

    Yes, it looks like an American Elm, Ulmus americana, native to eastern NA.
