    Paulownia tomentosa, commonly known as, Princess Tree,Foxglove Tree,Paulownia...
    Fragrant flowers, from China. close cousin of the Catalpa's. They have hollow stems, when pruning, leave a stub, so that the plant can attempt to seal the hole. The tree looks healthy.
