Is this flower (plant) part of the Kniphofia family?
If so, what is the species name, please?

I bought this plant at a local garden show, at the Farmer's Institute a couple of years ago.
I was told it was a Kniphofia uvaria, Red Hot Poker.

I waited and waited for the showy Red flower but got these green flowers early this Spring instead.

A plant just like this one is planted in the garden in Centennial Park, alongside Banana Joe's Palms.
So if you see this Joe, can you please identify?
I have been keeping an eye out for you to ask but haven't run into you.

Thanks a bunch all, in advance.

Thank you so much for your responses and warm welcome. Very much appreciated.
As an avid gardener and nursery propagator, I am hoping that I may be able to become a useful contributor to this forum.
I will add a picture up close to the flowers, as per request, although I believe that this is the wulfenii.
    Thanks again.
