1 looks like a Parlour Palm - Chamaeodora elegans
    2 is a variegated Ficus - F. benjamina 'variegata'
    3 and 4 are Dracaenas.

Thank you so much for the help! I had alot of trouble finding this page as I put up the question on a few but no responses went to email.... weird!!! Someone on another site suggested kentia palms and Dypsis lutescens as wel... I think it might be the latter, but I have no experience and the images on the net look different from each other.......I got a few more pics on this link

I noticed theres some brown stuff on the stem.... should I be worried? The tips are browning a little as well... I dont think its over or under watering......... Thanks for your help.....

The brown looks normal, but if you're concerned an all purpose
palm/citrus food won't do any harm.
