Hi there: Hope everyone had a wonderful long weekend in their gardens.
I am located in zone 5b I believe (Campbellford, Ontario) I stumbled upon this plant/weed in some really scrubby terrain here and not sure exactly what it is.
It has almost arrow shaped or heart broad leaves. In the early spring the foliage appears burgundy as well as the stems. It is quite invasive.
I have attached a picture. I really hope someone can help as I have had this kicking around for a couple of years now and not sure if I should turf it or not.
    Thanking you in advance

    Regards,
    Deborah
    Happy planting.
