I live in Montana, and recently found a wildflower growing on some rocks on our property. I have searched the internet, and in books, but have been unsuccessful in identifying this plant. Can anyone help?

I was having difficulties uploading the photo, so forgive me if you can not see the photo.

Hello Musiclegs, welcome to the Forums. Your photo attached OK, but I think we need a little larger image. Do you have a larger copy of the photo?

An Oenothera, such as O. caespitosa. There are many species.

Help identify a wildflower in Montana

I found this wildflower in Montana, but can't identify it. Can anyone help? I found it growing on some rocks, and in rocky soil.
