First time I see this... but then again I'm a newbie... There are a lot of experts here that will probably help you. I'm curious to know what it is! ;-)
Looks rather like Kalanchoe daigremontiana that has curled leaves and no babies. I would expect "babies" to be forming along the leaf edges of a plant that size though.
