This plant has nice blue flowers, but the berries are more interesting in late summer. Sorry, no pictures of the berries. The plant grows about 1.2 m tall, wide swords. Please help identify this plant. Thanks
Dianella certainly, but not D. caerulea, which is our common east-coast species here, in moister habitats especially. Dianellas are difficult to identify, but I wonder whether this might not be D. nigra, the sole New Zealand species.
