   im no good with plants,i have a small aloe vera plant about 2-3 inches tall and another Plant was told mexicaN hat but searched them and look nothing alike thats about 2-3 inches tall too.
   any advice on rasing them?

   As they are succulents, don't overfeed or overwater, give lots of light.
