these plants have been popping up in our garden and we're not sure what they are, they are still very young, so ID is harder, but if they are invasive we'd like to know sooner rather than later of course! The grass-like plant turns red/purple towards the root if it's not visible in the picture. thank you so much in advance!
Looked like Amaranth at first, but after studying it, the 1st and 2nd photos look more like a vine. It also looks familar, but I'm not sure of it's identity.
