Identification: Plants found along the Fraser River near Prince George

    Prince George BC
    Please help me identify these plants. They grow along the road in a fairly moist area along the Fraser River near Prince George BC. They are both very prolific. I would like to transplant some into my personal garden but am not sure what they are.
