I went to the San Diego Zoo a couple of weeks ago. I was more interested in the plants there than the animals. Here are a few I have no clue what they are but caught my eye. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Believe #2 is a trumpet tree, Datura suaveolens, or Brugmansia

I'll bet the plants down there keep the horticulture people on their toes.

When I get back that way someday, the trees and plants will probably be why I go to the zoo. Sure a few animals - but it's wild how many plants can grow down that way.

    1 looks like Aloe arborescens
2 would be Brugmansia suavolens, not Datura.
