I have just purchased a Helene Rose of Sharon that is about 3 feet high...In the past I have tried with no sucess to have this shrub grow.... My question is..before I plant this shrub....are there certain soil conditions required that I should be aware of? Are there any otther percautions that should eb taken when planting this species? Frustrated, but still trying.. I look forward to any replies with regard to the above question. Thanks you
