The following was sent via email: Have just moved to new location Abbotsford BC. Mature hedge (Thuja plicata) in very good shape, wonder about plantings in surrounding soil? No other plantings along the hedge.Is this because the nearby cedar hedge makes anything else difficult to sustain? Suggestions for other small shrubs etc.to plant near this sunny area would be appreciated.
