I'm in the Vancouver BC area. I'm looking to start a collection of unusual, pretty, artsy and whimsical planter pots for both indoor and outdoor. They must be stone, terra cotta or anything natural. Preferably not glazed but I will take exception to very unique glazed pots.

I know of Southland Nursury, Gardenworks, Walmart and Figaro's. However, a lead to other places would be nice. I do not want to spend a fortune but I do plan to have the odd expensive pots. I like unusual shapes (oval, short and squat, animals, angels, etc.), motifs on the pots, or even containers not meant for gardening such as cookie jars!

Any leads within the Lower Mainland would be nice. Or I can make a day trip to a garden store further out if they have ample selection.

    Thanks a bunch!

(PS, I did not know which thread to post this on.)

Yes, I had planned to go to Potter's but need to make a day trip as it's quite a distance away.
