I am searching to identify the top three factors affecting plant species loss in British Columbia? The information is needed to convince those who have the ability to affect policy decisions at a local governement level. Even informal information or redirects to web info would be helpful. The information I have found by rank points to:
    1. Habitat Destruction and Fragmentation
    2. Climate Change
    3. Development Friendly Environmental Legislation

Any discusion or help would be appreciated.
