I'd like to make a very uninformed guess that your plant is a Sedum of some sort. However, this really is a guess. I'm not at all expert, and I come here for the help so many good folk have provided. But, seeing as your "replies" were still sitting at zero, I thought I'd venture "Sedum" just to do my ego good, on the off chance that a much better-informed person shows me to be right. I have never before identified any plant here in these forums. This isn't any real help to you; sorry about that; but let's see what transpires.
