Looks like a variegated cultivar of Schefflera arboricola, Umbrella Tree.

 

Thank you, that's actually what I thought. the difference is the piebald leaves are more delicate - thinner, smaller, with a rounded tip.

 

A query for variegated schefflera will get you some that look like yours.
