Plant in western oregon

    It looks a lot like Salal, Gaultheria shallon.

    Disagree on salal, that looks like a thick fleshy stem on the plant, with a growing leader that looks like it might want to vine. Can we get a few more photos, particularly: leaf attachment to the stem and leaf margin?
