Edit: 1&2 Solved...3 is still the big mystery!

#3 One of several small "bushes?" in the garden

Thanks in advance...I've inherited several gardens in my new home and am enjoying watching them all sprout up this summer! A am a new gardener and am looking for the identities to these plants in order to find out how to care for them! Thanks!

This is a novice guess, but the third one looks (to the untrained eye at least) like a rosemary.

#1. Variegated willow - yes, probably a Salix integra cultivar such as 'Hakuro Nishiki'

#2. A sedum, though I have not been able to find a good match. I'm not convinced that the leaf shape matches S. kamtschaticum.

#3. The arrangement of flower buds does not match rosemary - Euonymus nana 'Turkestanica'.
