Plant Identification

    I found these plants along the Red River in Fargo N.D. I was hoping someone could help me identify them, thanks.

    The first one is Convolvulus arvensis and the fourth one is probably Xanthium strumarium.

    Second is Spear Thistle Cirsium vulgare.

    Third might be an ash Fraxinus; a close-up of the foliage would help.
