Dear everyone! A friend of mine said that he grows this plant to get the root which is a rhizome to drink for strength (picture attached); the rhizome looks very much like the ginger rhizome. He thinks that the plant has a lot of medicinal properties that can help old men. He doesn't know what's the name of it. Will someone help tell him what it is? Thank you so much. Best regards!
