This vine grows in a certain part of my flower garden. It grows as fast as a sugar pea vegetable plant. I keep pulling it out and it keeps coming back, time after time, year after year. It has spade shaped leaves and produces what looks like tiny yellowish or whitish flowers or seeds. Can anyone identify?

Looks like Fallopia convolvulus (formerly Polygonum convolvulus).

Thank you Tyrlych. It sure does look like that black bindweed. If I can't get rid of them, I might as weed harvest the seeds. lol
